Thank you for your feedback, I am glad you can admit that your child was breaking the rules of the facility running when told not to & repeatedly ignoring the staff when they tried to enforce the rules. We are aware that the guests in the facility around the time you were there belonged to an extremely unruly party. Those guests are banned for their behavior and will not be welcomed to return. We will be going through our video footage from the day to verify your claims. Should we see any activity that differs from your story we will be commenting further. If what you say is factual, we will be putting additional practices in place for our staff & our guests. Thank you & have a good evening.
2/10/22 So as expected your story was not factual! Your sons were the prime children not listening to our staff on proper safe play at Stratosphere. Your children did not have any excessive interaction with any one staff member, but were spoken to multiple times by numerous staff, very politely, to follow the rules. At no point did you intervene with any of the staff, nor did you step in to stop any incident in the foam pit. We had staff located at the pit & manning the rope at all points during the party and over the course of the day. Any pit situation where children were burying themselves in the pit were delt with by our staff & your son being told to get out of the pit after being told not to bury himself for his own safety is not a reason to over exaggerate a story about your children's experience in our space. Based on video your children had an excellent time! They are young & don't understand that rules are there for their safety. If you want to raise your children to not respect the authorities that tell them to stop their actions for their own safety, as their parent you are welcome to do so, but you & your children will not be welcome back at Stratosphere where safe play practices are enforced for all our guests.
